To brush or not to brush

Ok, so at first you’d think I’m talking about brushing your teeth. No! Of course you brush your teeth! Twice a day for 2 minutes!

But onto what I really want to share, The Dry Body Brush!

This amazing brush has really changed my skin and my shower routine. I bought it thinking,  “well, it will probably make my skin really soft”. But wait, there are so many more benefits.

  • It increases your blood circulation 
  • It gets rid of dead, dry skin before you shower
  • It helps the lymphatic system rid of toxins and aids in digestion
  • It gives you an immediate boost of energy (best not to use before you go to sleep)

You can buy a Dry Body Brush at any health food store or Amazon.

Directions: Use daily before you shower. You should only brush towards the heart. Making long sweeps, avoid back and forth, scrubbing and circular motions. Start at your feet, moving up the legs on both sides, then work from the arms toward your chest. On your stomach, direct the brush counterclockwise. And, don’t brush too hard: Skin should be stimulated and invigorated but not irritated or red.
